DAY TOURS

20% of the tour cost or total payment is required to make a tour reservation.

Cancellations made 14+ days prior to tour date will incur an administration processing/cancellation fee of 50% of total deposit or 10% of total tour cost. The balance will be returned to the customer or an alternative date can be rearranged.

Cancellations made 2-13 days prior to tour date will incur a processing/cancellation fee of 20% of total tour cost. If reservation has been paid in full Thai Enduro Tour Co., ltd will refund the balance of the total tour cost.

Cancellations of less than 48 hours, or no shows on day of tour, receive no refunds. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.

MULTIDAY TOURS

50% of the tour cost or total payment is required to make a tour reservation.

Cancellations made 3 months prior to tour date will incur an administration processing/cancellation fee of 25% of total tour cost. The balance will be returned to the customer or an alternative date can be rearranged.

Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the start of the tour incur a processing/cancellation fee of 50% of total tour cost. If reservation has been paid in full Thai Enduro Tour will refund the 50% balance of the total tour cost.

If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
